the team behind the work
Our team includes experienced senior management, dedicated construction managers, knowledgeable supervisors, and skilled tradespeople. Many have been with us since the early years, and we continue to invest in training and mentorship to strengthen our collective expertise.
our approach to safety
Safety is not an afterthought; it’s built into every plan we make.

-
Every employee completes a minimum of six safety courses before stepping onto a site.
-
Supervisors and lead hands complete additional certifications, including IHSA Basics of Supervising, Workplace Hazard training, and First Aid.
-
Training is delivered by certified instructors using the same equipment found on site.
-
Supervisors conduct regular safety talks tailored to site-specific conditions.
